CTA’s Project Naledi Bursary Scheme is a skills development intervention with the objective of ensuring a sustainable supply of trained and skilled people to meet its future human resource needs. The project is a response to government’s developmental agenda of creating a pool of skilled employees and to ensure that the country is competitive in the global economy.
In light of the above, TCTA is calling for learners who are planning to undertake undergraduate studies at identified institutions of higher learning in South Africa to apply for a bursary. TCTA is considering applications for the following core fields of study:
· B Sc Civil/Mechanical
· B Sc Environmental Science/Management
· B Bus Science (Finance)
· B Bus (Banking/Economic Science)

TCTA’s bursaries cover the full payment of registration, accommodation, meals, study material and a reasonable monthly stipend. Successful bursars will be required to attend a full Mentorship Programme for the duration of their studies.
