SADD – South Africans Against Drunk Driving is a specialised Road Safety N.G.O – working with all aspects of Road Safety but working particularly with Drink Driving. South Africa has some of the most dangerous roads in the world with 18 000 people dying on our roads each year – 60% of these crashes are related to alcohol misuse.
We work in Universities, and schools and offer specialised training courses – particularly with regards to Alcohol education.
SADD is working throughout South Africa and is recognized as the leading NGO in Road Safety.
We act as a media resource centre for all forms of press – radio, TV, newspapers
