The ongoing boom in South Africa’s residential and commercial property market has gone hand in hand with a growth in demand for property valuation skills. This programme gives students in-depth insight into property economics and finance, law on property valuation and the computer technologies used in modern property valuation. At the same time, it also provides a solid background in property marketing and property practice.

This qualification is discontinued with effect from 2009. No new students will be allowed to register for the NDREE qualification. Students who have passed some
of the modules will be allowed to complete the modules according to the following transitional arrangements.
