Students are educated as future managers in the hospitality industry. The emphasis is on efficient management, backed by a thorough practical knowledge of the hospitality industry. Practical training is strongly supported by academic courses in Hospitality Management, Hospitality Law, Hospitality Financial Management, Hospitality Management and Food and Beverage Studies. Students are expected to work in the restaurant connected to the School, under supervision and with the necessary guidance.
