The aim of the course is to produce a competent technologist who will be capable of decision-making at an intellectual level requiring mature judgement, and who will have the ability to conceive, identify and optimise technical solutions for the propagation, production and maintenance or application of plants in a horticultural and landscape setting. A National Diploma in Horticulture (or an equivalent qualification) is required for admission.

Duration: 1 year full time after obtaining national diploma / 2 years part time after national diploma
