COURSE: DIPLOMA IN DEVELOPMENT STUDIES

This diploma prepares students to work in the development field in a variety of posts in either the governmental or non-governmental sector. It consists of 20 modules and students are offered a choice of combining modules from Development Studies, African Politics, Anthropology and Public Administration.

• The anthropological study of culture in a multicultural context


• The nature, content and scope of public administration


• Political evolution of the African State

Second year subjects:

• African Politics
