COURSE: BTECH IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

The human resource function in an enterprise embraces all activities concerned with the acquisition, retention and utilisation of suitable and sufficient personnel, in order to perform the functions of the enterprise as effectively as possible. The human resources manager generally acts as the interpreter and executor of the personnel policy.
