Massive development backlogs in South Africa and the rest of Africa have highlighted the need for specialists who understand the political, economic, cultural and social challenges that governments and NGOs face in filling service and infrastructure gaps. This programme ensures that students have a holistic view of development, along with a solid background in development policy, strategy, planning, projects and programmes.
