CPUT OPEN DAY IS IN FULL SWING. GET DOWN THERE TODAY OR TOMORROW (19 MAY)
The CPUT Open Day is in full swing with hundreds of prospective students streaming to the Cape Town Campus.
The event, which will run until Saturday, has received a stamp of approval from learners who plan to make CPUT their university of choice.
Carla Damonse, a Grade 12 learner from Fairmount High in Grassy Park is impressed with the large number of stalls.
“There is so much to see and so much information,” she says.
Grade 12 learner, Jeandre Lawrence, who attends Mondale High in Mitchell’s Plain says he now has to decide whether to follow a career in Maritime Studies or Emergency Medical Care.
Student Recruitment Officer Marilyn Cloete says departments went the extra mile to make their stalls appealing.
Cloete urges all learners and guardians to visit Open Day and get a good look at what CPUT has to offer.
This year’s event takes place at the Multipurpose Hall on the Cape Town campus from Thursday 17 May until Saturday 19 May.
On Thursday and Friday interested parties can visit between 9am and 4pm and on Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
